HDFC Bank Credit cards allows you to transfer points to 15+ partners which includes airlines like Air Vistara, Singapore Airlines & hotel partners like Accor, IHG etc. Available partners differ from card to card & you can easily know them for your card through Magnify App.
There are two different portals to convert points to miles. Let’s have a look at them one by one.
Transfer HDFC Bank Rewards with Smartbuy
- Login to Smartbuy by HDFC Bank
Head to Smartbuy & choose your credit card. Once selected, login using password or otp.
- Find Miles Transfer Option
Once logged in, Select ‘Miles Transfer’ from the menu option.
- Select your Transfer Partner
You will see a list of transfer partners. Select your favourite program to transfer points. Currently there are 12+ partners available on this platform.
- Enter Frequent Flyer Number
Before you begin the transfer, you must know your loyalty program partner number. Copy your frequent flyer number from magnify app
- Convert Now
Finally, enter desired points that you wish to convert and finish the process.
MyRewards – Secret Transfer Portal
HDFC Bank has another rewards portal which is accessible only through HDFC Bank Netbanking portal. This is lesser known platform to all the users and some of the most important transfer partners like Vistara, Singapore Airlines are on this platform.
- Login to HDFC Netbanking. Incase you have only credit card (no banking relationship with HDFC), you can choose 2nd option.
- Go to
Credit Cardsection from thePayoption
- Click on Redeem Rewards from the right bottom menu. Before you click on this, make sure your pop-up blocker is disable for HDFC.
- Select Register
Frequent Flyer Registrationfrom MyRewards Page.
- Enter your Frequent Flyer Program Details.
- Once added, head to Airmails section and convert your points.

This depends from partner to partner. Typically minimum points required are 100, however you can easily find the information with Magnify App.

Yes, HDFC Bank typically levies INR 99 + GST as fees to redeem your reward points. However, its waived off for few premium card like Infinia.
It is not advisable to transfer points to any other account. Bank or Airlines can ban you from using their frequent flyer program.
